A web based Margin Trading system, built on top of the DealNet platform. This solution allows the user to lend funds against the securities balances net of capital contributed and handles the back end operations of interest calculations, statements and margin calls.


Key Features :

Includes a daily Margin Trading Activities routine to capture the movement in account balances and generate or adjust outstanding fund balances and Customer outstanding reports.

Options such as Instrument Types, Securities, Portfolios, Capital Deposits and Outrights to enter all required information related to margin trading.

This solution consists of the following modules:

• Front Office Module: Facilitates entry of deals relating to Outright Transactions, Repurchase Agreements and Reverse Repurchase Agreements.
  
  
• Back Office Module: Facilitates back end functions such as Deal Completion, Deal Confirmation, Management of Inventory and Settlements, Margin Trading Activities, Setting up the Corporate Actions such as Dividends, Rights and Bonus Issues, etc and Report generation. The generation of Margin Calls is also accommodated under this module.
  
  
• Accounting: DealNet contains a fully automated Accounting module, which enables the generation of accounting reports such as the, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet on-line and in real-time.
  
  
• Margin Trading Management: Facilitates the entry of Capital deposits, Withdrawals, Interest Receipts, and the generation of Margin Trading Accounts.
