Handles the entire investment management operation of an open ended or a closed ended Mutual Fund in a scrip as well as scripless environment, keeps track of investments, accounts for investments in real time and generates portfolio management reports.

This solution consists of the following modules:

• Front Office Module: Facilitates entry of deals relating to Outright Transactions, Repurchase Agreements and Reverse Repurchase Agreements. The acceptance of funds relating to the Mutual Funds, issue of units, Withdrawal and redemption of units and report generation relating to the Mutual Fund are accommodated under this module.
  
  
• Middle Office Module: Entered deals will go through a series of authorization and verification levels.
  
  
• Back Office Module : Facilitates back end functions such as Deal Completion, Management of Inventory and Settlements, creation of the  Mutual Fund considering the subscription validity end period and Report generation.
  
  
• Accounting Module: DealNet contains a fully automated Accounting module, which enables the generation of accounting reports such as the, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet on-line and in real-time.
  
  
• Accounting Reports: such as Capital Gains, Customer Current (Netting) account balances, Brokerage payables, Back Dated Transactions are also provided under this module.
