This solution consists of the following modules:

Payments: The entry of Vouchers, Allocation of Accounts, Approval of the payments, and the printing of Cheques are catered for under this module.

Receipts: Facilitates the entry of Cash and Cheque Receipts, Account Allocation, Deposits and the Bank Reconciliation.

Journal Entries: Accommodates the entry of Journal Entries.

Fixed Assets: Facilitates the entry of purchase orders relating to Fixed Assets, the approvals, depreciation, write off and disposals of Fixed Assets.

Payables: Allows the user to set up routine or adhoc standard payments and the accrual and the activation of the same. This will save time in terms of data entry relating to a standard payment.

Receivables: Facilitates the activities relating to the debtors through the generation of Tax Invoices.

Reports: Generates the Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Previous year reports, Budget and Actual comparisons on an online real time basis.

Maintenance: The chart of Accounts can be created in the Accounting System through this module. The user is at discretion to define the Headings and Sub Headings of the company Profit and Loss Account and the Balance Sheet. This module also facilitates the month-end, year-end routine and the entry of opening balances.
